SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been verified. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

We partner with Qxpress as our courier for local shipping. Your order, once processed, will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please note that we are unable to provide specific timeslots for your delivery as it depends on the schedule of our courier service partner. Please note that deliveries may be delayed and can take up to 2 weeks during peak seasons.

 

You will receive a notification from us when your order has been shipped. The notification will also include a tracking number which you can use to check the status of delivery.

 

If you do not receive your order 1 week after receiving your shipping notification from us, please contact us at connect@naturalinstinct.com.sg with your order number and we will look into it for you.

 

For delivery within Singapore, the shipping rates are as follow:

 

Orders below $100 - $3.90
Orders between $100 to $200 - $5.90
Orders above $200 - Free
